    Hey everyone,

    I've been meaning to make an account here for a while but never did until now. After my most recent relapse I decided enough was enough so here I am! I don't suffer any negative physical or social effects, this is really more of a personal/religious battle I must overcome. I want to treat my body with the respect it deserves and abstaining from PMO is certainly a step in the right direction. I've learned the hard way that this isn't something you can fight alone, I should've joined up a long time ago! Although I'm starting this journey at square 1 at least I'm not alone anymore.
