Guys,

It's been a while since I visited this forum, actually i forgot about it and havent updated any progress for a while

I remmeber first days when I was so highly motivated to beat addiction that I used to log-in here every day just to write "1/500, 2/500" check days on my path to victory.

Its been a year ago, ever since I havent watched pron, therefore I can finally say I am healed. What actually helped me is to change my lifestyle; I started going to the gym consistently, set up few long-term goals for next couple of years (related to business, family, fitness, education) and started to educate myself more on side effects of excessive consuming of porn

I have been addicted for 17 years, ever since I turned 13 I watched these movies almost everyday, draining out my time and energy. But today even If I see a picture of half-naked woman, either on social media internet etc. it does not trigger me to watch pron later. I feel immune, my sex drive is still high, but I can control it. I no longer feel like a beast. My confidence levels sky-rocketed, I am more energetic and more positive about future.

Throughout my journey I failed many times. I relapsed, but never gave up. Maybe one day I will relapse again, but I know it wont make me stop working on myself, to be a beter version of myself

Guys whoever is fighting with it, try to adapt new healthy habits, loneliness and boredom may lead you back onto the wrong path again. Make sure to be busy, and soon you realize you stop thinking about pron, which will lead you to a victory

Best of luck
