    Hello,

    I have been reading on this site for a while. Figure it’s time to post and become a member.

    Since this is an introduction I will keep it brief and give the details in my journal.

    I have been pmo since my early teens. Now over 40. Like many escalated with the speed of internet.

    Currently on a pmo streak that started January 30. My goal is hard mode for 90 days to begin with. I am married and my wife knows about my problem.
