finally taking control

I have been addicted to porn since I was 12/13. addiction runs in my family so I was screwed from that point but I also recently self diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder. I have never wanted to truly quit. I have gone a week or two but never anything significant. Now I am 26 and my marriage is in a fiery plummet and I have a child. I truly love my wife but that sweet soft feeling of comfort from Porn has me by the balls.

I was sexually abused as a child by a family member and I was also brought up in a super strict religious household where sexuality was repressed. I used it comfort me and unfortunately its messed me up real bad where I cannot go a day with out watching porn and masturbating at least twice a day.

I just want to know I am not alone and that there is hope. I don't want this to control my life anymore.
