    Hey folks,

My name’s Frank and I’ve decided to commit myself to give up PMO and throughout my online quest of how I might go about doing so, I discovered this wonderful movement which I’m excited to be a part of !

I’ve decided to give up PMO for several reasons. I started PM when I was in Grade 7 and I’m now a Fresh Grad from the Economics program at a major Canadian university. Throughout my life so far I have had many achievements - developed my public speaking skills through Toastmasters, learnt how to cook, headed the Economics society at my university, made (and lost) many friends, loved (and lost) several girlfriends with one whom I had intended to spend the rest of my life with, lived in a foreign country, traveled across the world and socialized with all sorts of people and learnt many skills.

Throughout all of this, I have always had an unwelcome guest in my life - Porn and Masturbation. It has affected my confidence and self esteem by making me lethargic, anxious, depressed, fatigued, irritable, guilty and I have decided to kick it out of my life and here I am a mere 4 days clean. I plan to learn and be inspired by all of you here and learn about your journeys as I share mine :)

Please feel free to say hello !

Welcome. I'm on day 8 & going strong. Keep reading through the posts and forums... they're very helpful. Cold showers, eating right, exercise, & therapy seem to be my keys to success right now.

    Keep up the great work!

Thank you very much! Heard about the cold showers, going to start them from today. Eating right and exercising are definitely everyday targets for me as well.

    Thanks for replying !
