Hello everyone .. I'm Elia :D, I'm new to Nofap community , through the last couple of years I was lost in PMO .. I wasn't pleased in that , but i couldn't quit it . So a few days ago i was so depressed , searching the internet if there is anything i could do to stop it .. And i was so excited when i found this website , and without thinking I saw myself signing up here .. I'm so glad to be with you guys .. and I am excited to get rid of the PMO :)
 
Welcome friend, if you want to, then you will. It may take a very long time, but don't give up! It's time to change your life for the better, and it's within your power to do so, even when you feel down and helpless
