Find a hobby

My new hobby is gardening and coding also swimming and protecting the eco system. I can see my hobby is nature. Finding hobby that you love and getting into it can help you quit pmo. You will never quit pmo without a new habit. I used to think that this info is shitty. I tried it and it worked. But when I went on action and I couldn't garden I relapsed. Next time I'll bring plants and grow more. Find a habbit that makes you happy and go on with it. When I do my hobby i dont get urges and forget pmo ever exists. So find something you love and forget about pmo it ain't a habbit. It's a silent demon harvesting you. My goal is to become self sufficient in everything food in. The next 10. This years goal is to grow enough tomatoes to feed me without at being to buy anymore. Also try to eat healthy. Healthy eating makes you mo r clear and able to murder these urges. So good luck
