I would never never thought I was addicted to internet porn but a few years ago I had a trigger and since then I have been fighting to be a better person. Looking for information on YouTube I saw many videos and Teds that talk about this problem and how it affected our brain and it scared me.
I found myself with many of the symptoms like low libido, dysfunction...and how porn affects our dopamine reward system.
