About to hit a milestone in life, and so for a 40th Birthday present to myself I'm gonna try some good new habits, extra dopamine by cutting out PMO for 90 days til the 18th of March 2025 (and hopefully far beyond)

Having done several informal attempts at cutting back/stopping over the last 4 years I'm fairly aware of most of the main triggers that get me and have come up with some decent ways around them.
- remove obvious temptations, bookmarks etc
- DAILY physical activity
- remember some of the really positive effects
- plan fun and positive things to spend the time and energy on (including sex X)
One new thing I'm going to try is actually telling a few close friends about it.
Another caveat is that I'll allow 3 intentional masturbation sessions using clips of current IRL partners, but must include discussion with them eg
'Hey, just wanted to you know I jacked off to that great video we made, I was thinking about how much fun it was, it's important to me that I complete 90 days porn free but needed a pressure release for stressful times'

A specific goal is to once again become really reliably able to stay hard while using condoms
Some of the things I want to put the extra time and energy into are:
- friends, family and romantic/sexual relationships
- financial planning
- plan out how to achieve a specific career goal
- get really good at a certain RTS game
- specific goals for climbing/bouldering
