    Hey Lee,

    You're posting these in the wrong place, friend. This is "success stories" to recount good results and what worked from good spells of abstinence - at least 30 days.

    You need to post in rebooting maybe. Or why don't you start a journal? There are sections for each age group to do that and it's very easy to get started.
