First day has to be the hardest

    As my body gets excited and I catch myself drifting off into fantasy every time I close my eyes. A mixture of depression and the wanting to find an outlet aka "jacking it".i must have a week mind.ive Ben taking work out supliments to increase testrone.in order to increase the amount of viable androandrogen receptors I had decide to go a period of time ..without "masterbation".as my attempts were unsuccessful I will try to use this websight to shift my attention and become more focused on becoming a healthier person..mentaly and phyisicaly.anny tips advice.general or specific would be of help.

  2. Greenbeans76 the working out and suppliments greatly increase the urge to masturbate. Just try to get trough the first day take it step by step. Good luck

    testrone lvls must be high. I'm still good though .I gotta make atlas two months to get the maxim effect of raised testrone. Ahhhhhh
