There plenty of things you could do like socializing, go out for a run, work out, call a friend, don't use your comp when urges are there.

There's not much to go on here but I'll offer some suggestions since you're very early on in your journey. You may already have implemented a lot of these recommendations but I'll mention them anyways because of their importance in your recovery.

Find an accountability partner, someone close to you who you trust, let them in on your struggle and get your addiction out in the open. Without this accountability, the struggle is significantly harder to overcome.

Get involved with a hobby that interests you. This may be exercise, sports, woodworking, model cars, whatever you find that interests you and keep yourself occupied with it. Having something positive to focus on will give you a crutch to get you through the hard times when you face triggers.

Dig down and try to find a way to resolve underlying issues with your emotions and stress that may be pushing you towards porn. You have to fix the cause to manage the symptom.

Put as many barriers between you and the porn as possible. Internet filters, removing problematic apps on your phone, avoiding certain movies/shows, etc. If you find something is drawing you, it needs to be removed from your life (at least temporarily).
If you need a therapist or coach to be involved to hold you accountable, find one. If you really want to beat this addiction, a lot of times you have to take the necessary steps to get there. I found that out the hard way after years of relapsing when trying to quit on my own. I see a lot of people struggle on here and continue to struggle with minimal improvements. Because they just aren't willing to do what it takes. If you're truly ready to beat this addiction. Take a leap my friend. And keep fighting ;)

I agree with what you say. It took me 6 years to get to 75 days thinking "I would deal this on my own". Often times it was the addiction talking. IS you counter real?

Kunal, keep up the good work. I just relapsed today and I'm realizing that we all need support and accountability.
You CAN do this, you have all the power and control in the world over yourself! We are all here for you! Fighter834's advice is the best I've probably ever read, listen to him!

  7. Don't be a slave to something you can control, don't let PMO keep you inside of a box. Those 24 hours alone has helped you slowly open that box and before you know it you will be free.
