Just going to jump right in.
I'm 25 and have been addicted to porn and masturbation since I was about 8. I have been in and out of sexual recovery for the past few years. I have tried everything with no success. Now it seems like I have momentum and would like to use Nofap to keep that momentum going.
Since I started taking testosterone pills I have only acted out (PMO) two times in two weeks. I decided to take these as a little kickstart to my depleted testosterone levels due to excessive expulsion of semen. Maybe it was just a placebo thing, but whatever it is it's working. Finally starting to get shit done. The pills are helping to offset withdrawal symptoms from porn.
Curious to see if I can get any readers on here or not. I'm always willing to listen to advice and provide constructive feedback. My time on this website will be strictly secular, however, as I have no current spiritual stance.
