    Hey there,
I guess I'm supposed to introduce myself. I'm 26 male. I've probable been watching porn since I was 12/13. Since my internet was fast enough. It was occasional at first but I didn't take long to become pretty full time. Nowadays I probably watch porn daily. Maybe one or two days out of the week that I won't. I've actually notice it being a problem for over a year now. I've tried to quit on multiple occasions. But I tend to relapse and stop giving a fuck. It's at the point that I follow a large amount of models and erotic photography pages on Instagram. As well my background on my phone changes between 4000 photos a new one every 5 minutes. I'm worried to open my phone in front of people and or be on Instagram around others. It's gotten me into some awkward spots.

I learned about this website from a TED talk about ED in young men and how porn was a leading cause. I'm fairly sexually active and I've been experiencing over the last four or five years what I would say was ED. I'm not happy about it. I have trouble sometimes keeping it up and can almost never keep it up if I'm using a condom. After watching this Ted talk and a few others I found my self worried about my behavior. So I tried on my own for about a month or so to quit watching porn. Without much avail. But I talked to my best friend the other day about it and he was already on the train. I had had no idea he was into this. He told me to check this website out. So here I am.

I'm looking forward to moving away from this part of my life and moving forward. Still have to set a time period for my challenge. Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Lzy

Welcome to NoFap. What I would suggest is to stop following those users on Instagram; the ones that are putting out sexual images. Get rid of all those pictures on your phone. That may sound drastic, but you're already in an addiction, so an addiction is not going to go away if you act flippant about it. Be willing to make step #1 by deleting those images. Once you do that, then you can move on to step #2.

If you're not willing to do that, then you're wasting your time by coming here.

Ya. I'm on that's for sure. I didn't really lay down my plan but I think so far that's 90% of it.

Go hard man, go hard. Get rid of it all. Don't even look at hot girl pics, nothing, you'll be triggered.

No man I I successfully did my first 30 days. I'm now switching to a simple no porn mode. It's been really good and healthy for me I think. I've enjoyed the journey so far.
