First time 6th day pmo free - Nocturnal emission?

Hey all, I've got a question about something puzzling to me.

I'm now on my 7th day of NoFap, the longest I've gone in a long time. I'm just starting out and still going strong, but I had a wet dream last night! I'm 23.

My question is that it's only been 6 days and my body has too much sperm, has this happened to anyone else so quickly?

Just a note: I had touched it a bit on day 4 and 5 until I got control of myself, and it wasn't a long time, so that probably contributed.
