Hey everyone!
Trying to take a new cut on 2018 I guess.
I have had a personal issue with my masturbation habits for the past few years now. I sent myself into a single-life desert in terms of relationships while I focused on work but in the process ended up developing a time-consuming masturbation habit. It is not unusual for me to spend multiple hours in the evening exploring a sissy / cross-dressing fetish I picked up. Going so far as to post adds on CL and do cam-shows. There is a lot here obviously but I wanted to try and push things forward with some consideration for going to therapy.
I have tried giving up PM before but the longest streak I hit was 14 days and that was because I was traveling. I have struggled to break 10 days when I am in my own personal space.
I have a bunch of hobbies - semi-serious cyclist, weightlifting and starting yoga but I do not have many friends.
I am a scientist by training but despite knowing I would be better off and happier if I wasn't masturbation 1-3 times every day I would be happier. Not to mention that in several recent encounters I have had ED issues - womp womp which I think are related.
Any advice or threads worth reading to get myself started?
