    I am a 22 y.o male who has been addicted to women, pornography, and masturbation for the past 12 years. I am currently on day 3 of the nofap challenge. This is my first post as I look to the nofap community as a last resort to overcome this addiction. The best way to overcome an addiction is to immerse yourself in a community with people looking to do the same.
