First time rebooting

I just joined NoFap and don't really know anyone yet. I've been addicted to porn for 11 years now and haven't told anyone. I have a girlfriend I've been dating for 8 years and doesn't know about this awful addiction. I relieve myself while watching it and I watch it at least once a day. I'm hoping being involved in a like-minded community can really just put this addiction down. I've struggled with serious effort of trying to stop for the past 5 or 6 years nearly everyday and I can't. I've never been addicted to anything except porn and masturbation.

Yup PMO can be a serious addiction but it can be cured. Keep in touch. Make a journel and stay commited. Maybe telling your gf may help ...

Thanks for the reply. How do I make a journal? Ive been trying my best on my own and it's been helping but I feel if I told her she would leave me. I recently moved out with her and I'd rather fix this problem now that it's even harder to do what I do. So I'd rather fix it than tell her and cause drama or make her feel like she's not good enough.(which is definitely not true Ive just had a serious PMO addiction)

And yup its better to get the mess cleaned up by yourself but make sure you stay commited. And the journels are categorised by ages ... Someone in your age group will get up to you soon ... I could help if you want
