So I've been thinking about doing a reboot for years, but finally got off my ass to do it. For background, I built my first computer specifically so I could look at porn when I was in 7th grade. The first time I had sex I had trouble getting it up because it had already been a few years of harder and harder imagery.
I was in the army for about 7 years and in training I would reboot on accident a bit but then deployments it was deep into porn addiction since a lot of times there was just nothing else to do and I was an addict. I had girlfriends on and off during that time but would always use performance enhancers to be able to perform and I never addresses the underlying issue.
After my last deployment I started hitting the gym hard and started getting attention from some really attractive women, but even with them I had to use performance enhancers to make things work and was still fapping on the side.
After I got out of the army I went to grad school. I didn't know anyone, I had nothing to do outside of classes and started isolating myself socially and fapping hardcore. I gained like 75 lbs, let my health slide, let everything slide.
Now I'm 34, not being healthy in any way and decided I needed a change. I started a full life reboot along with just nofap. It's going to be a long road but I can already tell it will be worth it.
It's been probably 30 days of "hard mode" and that's in quotes because sometimes I would look at prostitution ads and convince myself it wasn't porn, but let's be real, it was. Still no MO though. On top of that I started an intense workout regiment (lots of HIIT and Tabatha), back on intermittent fasting (I did that pretty consistently year ago so I was able to slide back into the habit), ice cold showers every single day, and a suppliment stack to help get through the dead periods. 6 days ago I got with the program and started for real hard mode. Obviously no results yet with all the hooker ads previously, but physically I'm doing a lot better. I'm already down 30lbs, I feel a lot better (minus some insomnia because it's hard to get the PMO out of my head). Despite the false start, I'm heading into this head on. Fingers crossed.
