First Week Down

I have been using pornography multiple times a day, 7 days a week for about 4 years now (I am 18 at the moment). This is not the first time I have tried giving up PMO but it is the first time that I am now on NoFap. I am confident with the help of peers on here I will be able to overcome this addiction. Today is closing day 6 of abstaining from all PMO. Honestly it’s been easier than I thought so far, I didn’t really crave it much except day 1 and 5. I am looking forward to meeting more of you on here!
