First week of NoFap and a first date

If it feels right go for it, hell your on a date and that’s what people do when they date. Not fair to the girl to not provide.

BUT can you objectively look back and know if you had passionate sex or porn sex? Do you have any reference points in your life to know the difference? If you are not sure then the answer is no. In that case, at some point because you have a PMO issue and haven’t rebooted ... (IMO at least 90 days) then your new relations will fail (hopefully not after 10 years of a shitty love life and God forbid marriage... kids LOL) and then you will have a chance to reboot and really LIVE (don’t date during this time)

 

I’m not sure if you are serious? explaining properly could have many triggers. Let’s just say porn sex has a lot to do with wanting and doing specific things like all the categories you see on porn sites where passionate sex is more kissing and appreciation and excitement just from being with the other person.

*** I am a believer that a healthy life and healthy sex life in your relationship includes both types of sex should you want it. 80/20 ratio maybe and it depends a lot on your own brain and what it can handle before 80/20 slips to 50/50 to 20/80 to 0/100
