First wet dream in ages

Hello everyone

I started my journey mainly to get rid of PIED and I'm slowly progressing toward my complete liberation from PMO.
Last night after 47 days of NoFap I had the first wet dream in 2-3 years. I dreamed of being intimate with a girl I'm really fond of, and it felt quite nice. I have a couple of questions however..

1) After that, in the morning, I've had some decent erections (not rock-hard but better than the dead dick I've been having for quite many days now). Is it the flatline finally coming to an end?

2) Also, is it bad to have fantasies about being with the above-mentioned girl (kissing, cuddling, etc)? it sometimes gets me aroused, so does it count as p-sub?

To add some context, this girl lives quite far and I can't see her often unfortunately.
