Holy shit, I didn't think it would happen so fast. Today is my 58 day of No PMO journey and about 15 minutes ago I woke up with my pants and quilt wet as fuck. I was experiencing very pleasant dream, about some girl, that was giving me oral pleasure, right after I find out that I reached the orgasm I woke up immidiatelly. I have a few questions about that:
    1. If I have sexual experience in my dream and i ejaculate is that mean I relapsed?
    2. If first wet dream finally happen is that mean I will get them frequently more often?
    3. Does that mean I loose my benefits and superpowers? I just let my semen out of my body and reached orgasm, so is my brain will get some damage because of that?
    4. How much it takes to my body to fully recover semen? I feel horrible after I lost everything I work to so hard...

it's definetly not a relapse and you will probably feel a little bit off for a day. It's usualy explained by your brain trying to find a way to ejaculate since you're abstaining so it's a sign of healing and improved self control.
The annoying part is that i get them very often i'm in my 17th day and i already had 4 wet dreams i dunno what's wrong with my case but i never saw someone else have that many wet dreams and i'm not edging or peaking at anything pmo related so it's not because of that.

    1. No this is not a relapse. A relapse is when you willingly had chosen MO or PMO. In this case your conscious mind was not involved, only some bodily functions. It is your conscious mind where the addiction plays out, right? :)
    2. Possibly. It differs for each guy. Just celebrate them whenever they happen - it means your body is restoring to the original, pre-porn condition.
    3. Nope, you don't lose anything. A wet dream only releases sperm, not pleasure hormones like with an orgasm. It is the waves of pleasure combined with real life porn images on the screen that would rob you of your "superpowers" and progress. But a wet dream? Well, see it like sweating at night :)
    4. Let the body take care of its own semen. Just make sure that you do not seek pleasure in porn material during your waking hours. And no need to feel bad about anything - nothing bad had happened. Unless your hand is down there and you are stimulating yourself intentionally, nothing is wrong.

    Hello Mate,

    1. It is biological. (fullstop)
    2. Your body needs to do that.
    3. Would you be sorry that you need to eat?

    4. I would just suggest:

    A. If you link your happiness to staying clean, you will never be happy. (your will may get severed)

    B. What you can do is be happy and take the PMO out of the picture. I mean, if you want to be happy, you need to get the "happy" hormones in your brain. Endorphine, Dopamine etc. You can get them during sport, when spending time with your loved ones.

    C. Addiction is the worst because it is robbing you of your time and your energy and f*cks with your brain chemistry.
In the same time, it is making several bad people very rich.

107 days and deep flatline means one thing you're doing hard mode you're probably still peeking at hot girls pics in social media.
