    hey guys i am sam and i am 17 years old . how i was introdused to p*** and m*** was like first time i get now about all that by my old friend. he introdused and told about m*** and then i started m**** and now i am 17 its been 5 years i have started P***
    and m*** . it's been long time and now i want to change my addition . now i have started nofap challenge from past 8 days . now i have strong felling that i will change my addition .

    Good to see you here :) Stay strong and remember that it will be a demanding journey on which you will face many challenges - your brain will try to trick you to return to its old habits.
