This thread is mostly for my own accountability but feel free to join! My first workout in several months was yesterday. I got hospitalized for mental issues but are now starting to feel better. I gained a good amount of weight due to some medicines. 113 kg atm-down 1kg from max. My long term fitness goal is to get down to 95 kg and build some muscle again, 95 kg being around my ideal weight at 10% body fat and reaching my genetic potencial of muscle growth. I am going to get into a 4 day a week routine, starting tomorrow morning. Im looking to add more days dedicated to cardio with time. Going to buy myself a bike, go for some hikes etc. Planning on meditating twice a day and do 20 minutes of daily Spanish lessons. And of course Nofap.
