Flashback problems (Need help)

Currently on day 42 and lately I've been having intense flashbacks all day that make me very anxious every time they come, last night I couldn't sleep well due to flashbacks attacking my mind. The problem is that when I get a flashback my mind keeps repeating it as if I had OCD...so I'm really asking for help on how I can deal with these flashbacks...I'm not very skilled in the "let them pass, don't fight them" technique because my mind gets very compulsive whenever they come around.

 

I'm not very skilled or aware on how that works...could you inform me on how to medidate and how it helps me with the flashbacks?

 

Well I also worry that having those flashbacks will affect the progress of my recovery...I'd like to know on that as well if somebody can answer

 

I'm still getting intense flashbacks all day and it's really torturing me because my mind gets compulsive and extremely anxious whenever I have a flashback

 

Guys please I really need the help...this stuff doesn't even let me sleep properly at night
