Flatline after months of normalcy

    Hi Gang,

    I am almost up to 200 days of no PMO. Things had been improving a lot over that period but I feel like right now I am in a flatline again. Anyone else experience a flatline after this much time?

    Yeah that's the pattern i see as well. Brain fog gone, flatline kinda lift. Brain fog back , flatline come back sometimes even stronger and so on until the brain completely rebooted.

    Totally normal. 2 weeks ago I thought it would be better to simply...

    But now in the last few days I felt alot better. It is not linear for sure.

    Suicidal thoughts in withdrawal are one of the hardest experiences i had in my life.
