    Im about 40days pmo free. I had a wet dream the other night, and I feel horrible and depressed now and lack confidence. How long until this hell ends?

    It is a nightmare mate. You just have to ride it out i'm afraid. Exercise has benefited me a hell of a lot and music has been a bit of a distraction. Go for a run, it will do wonders for your recovery.
