Flatline for the first time

    I think I'm flatlining for the first time ever in my attempts to stop porn addiction. No motivation, feeling drained, kind of depressed, want to look at porn.

    What have other people done to combat this?

    workout, listen to music, stay busy. You won't stay long in flatline.
