Flatline problem

    Hello,

    I'm on day 30 and experiencing a severe flatline.
    At the moment it's impossible for me to maintain an erection.
    Even while having sex.

    I recently met this fantastic girl that I'm interested in having a serious relationship with. We are having very open discussions about everything. Sex is very important for her.
    We both believe that the sex has to be good in order for a relationship to work.

    We went home together after a party and I couldn't get a good erection, it never happened to me before. I'm 26 yo, and used to having very good erections. I told her I was to drunk to sleep with her and she understood.

    I will meet her soon again and I'm not sure what I should do:
    1) I start with porn again just to be able to have a full erection and have good sex with her.
    2) I explain to her about what I'm doing and that it could potentially take a long time before I can have a full erection again.

    I really don't want to miss out on this girl. Feeling a little lost. Any advice is welcome.

    First of all, stop focusing so much on sex during flatlining. That's possibly the worst time to think about having sex.

    Flatlining is a sign that your brain/penis is healing.

    And since you used porn, that could count as a relapse.

    Explain to the girl the flatline situation, and ride out the flatline until you can get better erections again

    You come before any girl. Explain to her what you're doing and if she's a girl that's meant to be in your life she will understand.

    im on flatine too now im at 20 days .....i have zero libido but i get boner in the moning ( i never had morning woods of my life )

    You should tell her about your journey and tell her you want to avoid sex for some time for betterment of your self

    yeah actually tell her about that NoFap thing and also mention that people usually have a way better sex experience while doing so, so she does see it as an advantage instead of a problem for herself.
