Flatline sucks...

    Hey man. Sorry to hear that you are in the midst of a flat line. But, don't despair- the flat line is temporary. Mine lasted for about 50 days, but honestly, it can vary greatly from person to person. The trick is to enjoy the flat line. ;) You are essentially being given a free pass to abstain from PMO, with very few urges or temptations. Make the most of it, while it lasts, and until your libido returns. But the key thing to remember is, it's temporary, so don't feel like you need to test anything out. Your tool isn't broken, it's just hibernating! ;)

    Yeah it does. I went through one about 2 weeks into my previous best. Although your energy is down, if you aren't careful you can still relapse, which I did. Anyway it is temporary and you eventually will come out on top

    I actually love the flat line :) it makes nofap as easy as pie. btw mine lasted for about 50 days as well.

    Yes it does, but hang in there. It can be easy to get swayed by tempations in the flatline, but it is so worth it to keep yourself together and get through it. Things like exercise, meditation, diet, sleep can help you through the flatline(maybe even speed it up i dunno)
