Flatline?? What does it feel like exactly?

Hey,

so like these past few days (day 19 - 25) i've really been feeling lonely/depressed. and right now (day 26) i feel the same as i did before starting nofap, which is really demotivating because i thought at this stage the benefits would be peaking. i thought i had already passed the flatline on days 2-6 because those days my energy was just drained. i felt really energetic and motivated on days 8-18 and my depression/loneliness was gone. do you guys think that this low i'm at is because of nofap, or do you think it's something external?
