Flatline with erections??

Hi, I'm going through a deep flatline I think, I don't have any sexual nor emotional feelings towards woman right now. I've been dealing with this for almos a month now and because of that lack of feelings I think I have developed HOCD.

So sometimes I still have morning woods and for example today at launch while watching some TV I had an erection (Not a full one, but it was consistent) so I associate that with what? I have no sexual neither emocional willings right now to women, and still sometimes I have an erection.

I don't know if that's normal or not, but scares me a lot because of my HOCD.
I know I'm not gay, 100%, I don't see my life that way, never thought about boys, but this days with all this thoughts in my mind I have a lot of anxiety.
This scares me a lot, because if you don't have a willing towards women now but still sometimes you get an erection... what's the cause?

I'm looking for someone who has experienced something similar who can help me a bit on this thing.

I don't know if ramdom erections are a thing while you have zero libido
