Flatline

I still have no idea what people mean by flatline. I don't think I've ever had it. Rebooting has always felt great to me, no drawbacks.

 

Flatline is the result of you cutting out porn, kind of like withdrawal from a drug. Currently going through it in my 3rd week.
Symptoms are but not limited to: No motivation, anti-social, no libido, depression, anxiety, brain fog, etc. It depends on the person and how long they´ve been addicted to porn for the severity, which can last from days, weeks to months for some. The flatline is the brain´s way of kicking you for taking away it´s constant, easy supply of dopamine for so long.

 

Not sure how long you have been doing it and what r u quiting.
On hard mode, a flatline is the closest thing to death.
It comes and goes but when it hits you , it hurts.
If you are quiting just porn, i think the withdrawal symptoms are all about dopamine levels dropping back to.normal. it all depends on how long you have been watching p and also how deep you went into the rabbit hole( how extreme your sessions were)
