    Hey guys,

    I have started this journey upon realizing my pmo habit was slowly killing me. Before the lockdown I started experiencing anhedonia, social anciety . I can recall the month of April being a pmo binge period. I stopped by the end of the month. So its been roughly 70 days? But Ive been flatlining the whole time. Fatigue, no motivation, anhedonia , brain fog.

    Any comment would help.

    First time without porn will be stressful , but if you resist , in some months you will feel reborn.

    If the first times a person relapse easly, it's okay.
    The streaks becomes even longer , day by day.
    Don't porn anymore, it's better to struggle and at the last to relapse than to look at porn.
    No more instagram pictures of models. No more erotic imagines , erotic stories or erotic asmr.

    The brain will try to win you and to get some triggers for the seek of dopamine. Resist

    All right with it , flatline will make things easier. The only thing to do is do not bother about it , don't check if ''it'' still works
