Flatlining For Three Years?

Well see the thing is recovery only happens for me when i am on a long streak. 0-3 months is the hardest due to all the initial withdrawals, after that my symptoms are still there but get gradually better the longer i go without pmo. Every relapse sets me back to day 1 and completely ruins progress and brings back initial withdrawal.

Actually the above post by GGan is true for me.

The longest ive been is 16 months without pmo. The longer i went the better i felt month to month but in my case its going to take longer than that.
Do you think medications such as antidepressants or psychedelics could be helpful for paws? I mean I know it’s going to be a long journey of recovery but I don’t really want to be depressed during this period of time. Have you tried either of these medications or anything similar to these? Or is their a reason to not use these drugs for paws?

Yes i have tried medication, it does not seem to effect recovery in my case. I would probably say use medication as a last resort. Obviously im not a doctor and i only go by what i read up on. It has helped me in some ways but recovery seems to be inescapable regardless of medication.
