Flatlining?

    Day 27 of NoFap
    Signs include:
    - Procastination (just can't seem to get my work done)
    - Negative thoughts (procrastination leads to negative thoughts)
    - Haven't had a wet dream in ages
    - Mainly procrastination and depressed/negative thoughts

    If so, is there light end of the tunnel?
    Advice would be much appreciated.

    Hey man, I wouldn't worry about any of that, just keep at it because u are 3 days away from your goal! You have a precious thing called momentum! I'm guilty of negative thoughts and procrastination too, but what I often like to do is just write lists of things to do and really jam pack it. Be really specific of when you will do each item and how long u will spend. That way even if you don't get through it all you would have at least accomplished more than if you hadn't have the list at all. Aim high!

    Also just a word of caution, as you are soon approaching your goal: Don't forget to plan a reward for yourself! If you don't choose a reward, you will more than likely choose porn as the reward.

    Anyway stay strong you r doing great!

    Exactly - momentum is the thing!!!

    You stopped that wheel of fapping 27days ago and started to turning totally different wheel, which is pretty big cause it is a great change in your life! And it takes time to get the speed - did you read The slight edge? If not, read it, it is full of usefull and true information.

    You are doing great - i was much worse in 27th day than you are!!!

    It is as simple as "just keep going" - You can be 100% sure there is a light!!!
