Flu like symptoms on day 8...

    so I am experiencing flu like symptoms.. general weakness, malaise since my day 6... i did notice not once the last time i was on around the same day i was experiencing the same..
    Is anyone else experiencing the same?
    why do we have these symptoms??

    May not be related to nofap but could also be withdrawals. Might wanna get checked up.
