The regulated cycle would be once every 2-3 weeks or sooner depending on availability of sexual partners. This selected day will be a slow and less aggressive form of M&O to allow for release without re-introducing death grip. I feel an abstinence period of 1 month would be sufficient, and look to report on how I fare. I expect the most likely cause of a setback would be morning wood or hypersensation from no release for a month.
