    M'd a few times this April, however not all bad since I made sure to use a light grip and didn't do it prone. Want to dedicate focus on eliminating PIED. Big challenge will be to stay diciplined when boners begin to recover and become stronger. Before, I would confuse initial recovery with complete recovery. The excitement is fine, but I want to really focus on a long term recovery.

    As for M&O, as long as they are regulated (after a period of abstinence) and are not under the influence of P. The regulated cycle would be once every 2-3 weeks or sooner depending on availability of sexual partners. This selected day will be a slow and less aggressive form of M&O to allow for release without re-introducing death grip.

    I feel an abstinence period of 1 month would be sufficient, and look to report on how I fare. I expect the most likely cause of a setback would be morning wood or hypersensation from no release for a month.
