FOLLOW THE DAMM RULES.

This is my Day 1 , this one is a general post on some rules that have to be followed to get success in nofap.

(1) Keep yourself busy( plan your next day, you have to think what you will do tomorrow).
(2) Quit social media.
(3) Find your triggers and stay away from them.
(4) Keep writing on nofap your everyday( what you did today, what was your experience)
(5) Do Meditation and daily workout, this would definitely help you.

By Following these rules you will get success, Keep adding days.
