FOLLOWING BRAMHACHARYA FROM 31 DECEMBER 2020.

My Name Is Rocky.
I was Addicted to Porn for Last 7 years.
From 2014 to 2020.
Earlier i was Doing PMO for at least 2 times a Day.
I have some Emotional problems. To run away from that I indulged myself in excessive PMO.
From 2016 I am Trying to Quit PMO but Failing everytime but making Progress.
From July 2020 I have Done PMO 5/6 or 8 times a Month.
Pmo destroyed my Life in many ways.
I bacame very weak,
Low Immunity,cracking bones,pain in body,
dull face,Lethargic,
low concentration,
No Study at all,Failed in every exam.
Procrastinating Everything very Badly.
PMO haven't made me progressive by 0.0000001%.
There is NÓoooooooooooo advantage of PMO.
I READ THE BOOK NAMED BRAMHACHARYA and it's very helpful to understand why you should stay away from PMO and Lust.

What I learned in 2020.

• You are Alone in this world and you have to be happy with Yourself.
• Don't Expect Love and Care from Other people. You'll be disappointed.
• Be Joyful from Within.
• Don't indulge in PMO it will bring you down.
• Nobody can Love you Except Yourself.
• You have Limited Life so Be happy Every moment. Don't waste your life in Misery.
• What people will think or say will not determine How i am.
• Sleep and Death are Brothers.
• The one Who do not know how to Stay Awake, the One will not know How to Stay Aware.
• No relationship in this world are Absolute.
• The person you loved the most will leave for another one so Don't form Unrealistic Expectations about someone or Something.
• Whatever Your Goal In life Unless you Develop a Great sense of Urgency what could be NEAR will be FAR AWAY."
