Following my success of NoFap (53 days at the time of writing), I've set myself up with a new life goal on making myself fitter and healthier. Prior to continuing and building on my success on myself as well as NoFap.

Like with NoFap. I have bought myself a journal and some stationery. Where I can pen and doodle my thoughts and feelings. I will also be shooting, printing and sticking pictures into my journal. Me before, during and after the detox. As well as what drinks and food recipes I've made. Putting my creativity into use here. I will document on what I've been eating as well as what form of exercise I've been doing.


Judging from doing a NoFap journal has helped me. I'm convinced that this ploy on my health kick/detox will work for me.

What do you make of it ladies and gentleman?
 
I think it is a brilliant idea. I started a journal once for house keeping and it made me feel better and got into the habit of achieving more. It is gonna help you stick to the good habit which will help you be a better version of you. Looking forward to hear more about your success story. (Thumb up)
 
It's gone well so far. My only setback this week has been ONE takeaway meal this evening. Every other meal so far since I started has been healthy with fruit or veg in it. But it's progress all the same. Starting the clean eating regime has been a great distraction from NoFap.

After that takeaway, it's back to normal with clean eating. With fresh food I've bought, prepared and waiting to be cooked.
 
I agree with @Ori-gin-al and think it's a great idea. I also have made it my goal to become fitter and healthier and to detox my body from all the rubbish I have put into it over the years. So I look forward to reading more posts soon!
