I watched this video a part of it about biochemical of the brain- nutrients that supplement neuropathways recovery

this video is too good in production value to be sincere for me,
also they use all the marketing trick on the book
but I'm really curious about the neutrients

anyone have any insights regarding this matter?

Hahaha, I know right? tacky marketing trick, but I have to admit that I'm curious about the content.
On YourBrainOnPorn-site there's a story about a guy that eat cleanly, and he thinks that what we eat can support the recovery.

Watched 10 minutes now and everything he said up till this point has been dead on. But that doesn't mean it isn't a marketing scheme. I remain a sceptic for now.

I wrote down some of the terminology that it used: Nutrients for improved recovery, Relabeling thoughts cravings.
I'll definitely will look this up. But I went to this forum first hoping to find that someone have a knowledge about this and willing to share for free.

Slick video but I think it is a marketing gimmick.

    Pseudo scientific marketing bullshit.

To me it sounds like: Chinese scientists found a new bacteria that gets you sixpack abs in 14 days!! buy here..

You might be interested in the work of Kathleen DesMaisons specifically her book "Potatoes not prozac". She writes mostly about recovering from sugar addiction but she relates the healing process to using nutrients to heal the neurochemical deficiencies that addicts suffer from. I believe the science behind it can be relevant for all addictions including porn. Im doing the process myself at the moment and am noticing some positive changes namely feeling more 'enthusiasm' in the mornings to get up and do stuff as well less desire for sweet foods than I had.

This is valuable, I want to be 'enthusiastic' in the morning.
    Thank you so much!
