For much time do you meditate?

    As meditation increases the grey matter in our brain in just 8 weeks. How long do you meditate and how many times?
    I personally meditate for 20 minutes twice a day which is equal to 40 minutes per day, but is it enough to bring my memory back?

    It doesn't matter how long you are meditating for.
    3-8 minutes is enough ,if you mind is calm.
    And one hour isn't enough, if there is a civil war going on in the psyche.
    What happens between your Meditation sessions is more important than your meditation.

    It is a catch 22 anyway, where one is dependent on the other.
    So start with what you can control.

    I cannot do more then 5 minutes per day. It just so boring.

    Fifteen minutes every day. It helps me be aware of my thoughts and letting my urges come and go.

    20 minutes
    meditation for me is like refreshing your desktop cleans everything

    I do 10-15 minutes Wim Hof Method, followed by a 10 minute meditation every morning.

    I meditate 10 mins in the morning and 5 minutes before bed.
