I didn't fap yesterday but I looked at some instagram model and was caught by my wife. This is not the first time. I've grown up thinking it is somewhat natural but my wife disagrees with that notion. She is zero tolerance. Discussing anything like this with her puts me on the defensive and kind of triggers me to return to old habits. So I think I need to cut it all out. Anything rooted in list is a no-go. Especially if i want to salvage a marriage.

 

Same as you, relapsed today after 2 and a half day streak. Feeling bad.

 

Just relapsed after reaching day 3!! Absolutely gutting to think I was 24 hours away from my goal. It's come to the point where I no longer seek advice after a relapse, I just know that I need to forget about it and carry on forwards.

For anyone that just relapsed, by the way, it is so important that you realize that you are not alone, and many people are in the same situation. you don't need super powers to fight this, just be positive and stay strong!

Thanks! I'm now on day 2, and by the end of tomorrow, I will achieve day 3 which is where I was before, so hopefully this time I can do it
