another day completed, going smoothly
No good day for me
Well. I had 3 weeks completed, and temptation came upon me like a rage. This sucks... I failed. I am rebooting today. Any words of encouragement would be awesome.

completed 3 days,
I don't really know what my hardest days are since I've only been trying to quit with this site for like 2 weeks. So far I've relapsed twice. Once after 8 days and the other after 4.
Personally my hardest days are the first day and anywhere between 5-8.
So finished day 1 now...so hopefully this time i can come far!
Day 3 and the urge is very strong!

Made it to day 6. So now I can change the thread!
So I'm again at day 0
So I will make a total change from now. I will start doing less things that are not helpful. And doing not effective things, like doing something for work... .
If there is someone also at day 0 now, we can start together from here!

Got to the end of DAY 10 but slipped, the next night I relapsed with PMO. Back to O now. I know where I went wrong and will take this more seriously from now on. I felt amazing clarity, feeling, and my relationships improved so much.

I hope everyone is doing well with this challenge,whatever your reasons are if you want to quit it's good enough. I was hoping to give some advice,to everyone including myself. Know that you are indeed in an addiction,but dont think about it all the time. Focusing to not think about it makes you think about it,so just let it go and forget about the addiction. But if the urge comes just focus and do something else,talk to someone if you can,go outside,you gotta have the resolve and force yourself to do it,because if you just follow what you want to do you'll end up relapsing. Also don't lie to yourself,don't think that you can handle a peek or something,the urge comes stay away from anything that can arouse even if it's considered normal or non arousing by some people,like someone wearing shorts or stuff. One more thing remember your streak when you get the urge,know that it took hard work to get there,and resetting it just wastes that streak,plus you need time and effort to get back. However again,when you dont have the urge dont think about it,about your streak,your addiction,etc. i'd suggest that you should stay away from anything that can arouse you even if you dont have the urge,however you just need to "chill" a bit because remembering to quit pmo all the time will just make you think of pmo all the time,Hope this helps! (and sorry for the long paragraph)
