For those who are struggling to get to 1 - 7 days

    The first few days of reboot are the hardest as we are literally going against the routine of the brain to break chains and build new ones. I think one reason it is so difficult is because the end goal ( be it 90 days, 1 year or forever) seems so far away and unattainable when you are counting up from day 1, 2 , 3 ,4. It seems like you are making little progress even though it feels like a long time.

    So I thought of a new way to count to feel more accomplished. Instead of counting the days, count the hours, so for instance one day will now be 24 hours clean. This way the numbers will be larger and hence we can feel more motivated that our time away from porn is significant.

    For me this works alot as when i think about relapsing, I look at the clock and think to my self I have completed over 100 hours, I can't let this slip now.

    Im on 20+ days now and its easy as fuck. No problems and no urge to fap. And its def not because of dead dick since it woke up in the next few days. However this has definitely me led me to believe Im maybe short on testosterone or have to much estrogen inside me... I do drink alot of milk and I don't walk or hang around as much as I used to anymore. Fairly lanky guy slightly over 6tf tall, 165lbs but with mild man boobs and a apparent beer belly as told by my friends who tease me for it. It looks strange on me since my arms and legs are skinny. It baffles me... I also feel weak most of the time and was never in a gym. Maybe I have more estrogen then I should have since I don't think about women in a sexual way. Also have no urge for sex and the other day I was thinking about puppies wtf??? The man boobs are definitely a trigger something is starnge with the hormons. I also like to sleep during the day not night (possible vampire). Whatever ill keep going I do feel better about myself tho. Gotta just keep grinding and get rid of my skinny-fat body I guess...

    You have to understand that when you're resisting the urges, you're actually rewiring your brain. It is not the 90 day challenge that rewired the brain. It is the each individual time that you had an urge and fight it off.

    Since PMO is a habit, your brain connects it with pleasure. The pathway only becomes stronger if you keep PMO. When you have an urge on nofap, you would tell your brain to cut off that connection, and the more urge you combat, the more "recovered" you are. Basically, if there are no urges, you couldn't improve. Playing video games and being distracted can make you have a long streak, but you wouldn't improve.

    Just use this as motivation and you would soon find yourself growing tremendously! @ZenMode
