It all comes down to the moment. When the irresistible urges start, you've probably already made the first move towards PMO subconciously. All armaments and knowledge you've prepared is obsolete. You're in the moment know and your every move counts. Get away from your screens now! Tabs already open? Close the laptop lid or press your home button. Stand up as soon as possible. Absolutely insist on closing the individual tabs or clearing search history. It's a trap. Before you act, think through your every move. This might just be a desperate move by your brain to submerge itself in porn. Get out of the room! Do some pushups or a plank to get the excess energy moving in your body. Turn in into will power. Fight it. Now sit down and feel the urges. Focus on your breath. Think your sh*t through, what would you gain from quitting porn? Write your thoughts down on paper.

Yes, you might have your plan ready to go. You might be motivated and self-confident like a rock, but in a few moments your system could turn into shock, which will be leveraged by your subconcious. Stay strong!

Starting a new streak today. What do you guys think? All advice and comments appreciated!

When the urge comes I usually try to recognize it and accept it. I try to understand that this is my journey and I have to learn how to get over my urges everyday. When I feel down and depressed and I am about to jerk off I just start to wonder is this my lowest point of my journey or could it be worse but if I will get over this day I'm gonna be so much stronger. So my suggestion is you have think different, your 90 day challenge is not about getting there but it is about your journey how you struggle everyday and get stronger. And I would strongly suggest mediations for everyone at least once a day.
