Foreplay only with SO while on 90 day?

    Would it have a detrimental, or positive effects, to engage in foreplay with your SO (eg. Oral sex on her, fingering her, her giving me Hand J etc.), everything except penetrative sex, while on a 90 day reboot? Or is it best to only pleasure her and avoid stimulation for myself?

    On day 12 of 90. Recently trying to overcome PIED/sexual performance anxiety.

    My thoughts is that it would be positive effects, but you set your own goals and limitations with respect to recovery. Engaging more in foreplay rather than just penetrative sex is great, and not only that, possibly even more importantly to talk about everything sex related with your SO, what they like/don’t like, how they like to be touched, things they want to try, “no go’s” etc.
