make a new email you will forget install k9 link it to that email make a password you forget. so when you ask forgot password it will go to forgotten email you can not get rid of k9 and it may block other things.

Sure. You can use it to help you make the future seem important to you right now. One of the things you can email yourself is your website blocking password. Set it for a date in the future of your choosing. Then destroy the password and optionally use a login account with restricted privileges to make it more difficult to modify your system in the meantime. You have that future date as a goal (how about 90 days?) and can use it as motivation.

I warn you though as it is permanent make sure the settings are perfect for you as being to lenient could open up gateways and being to strict could block websites that could be productive. I recommend customising the default setting's to your liking. its probably easiest to make the email on Gmail.

 

Yeah, I already have K9 downloaded on my computer.
I have a bunch of different emails and passwords. I can know them all, but it would take a long time and effort to remembering what they are. So, I would lose the motivation to try to "allow this website for 15 minutes".
